Day 1: Dar – Selous
After an early breakfast at approx. 07.00 we will pick you at the hotel and travel out of Dar on the way to Selous with lunch packed in the car. The trip will take about 7 hours through some of the most undiscovered and untouched areas in Tanzania. In the afternoon we arrive in Selous and it is time for boat safari. By going around on the river you will see hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat in addition to a rich bird life. Dinner and overnight at Jambiani lodge
Day 2: Selous Full Day
After breakfast at. 08.00, full Game Drive in Selous Game Reserve. Here is a rich wildlife. Few minutes after the start, you’ll encounter a horde of giraffes and impala. Furthermore Selous is offering lions, zebra, warthogs, birds of prey, hippos and more. Packed lunch inside the reserve. Dinner and overnight at Jambiani Lodge
Day 3: Selous – Mikumi
After breakfast at. 08.00 We go with the luggage and packed lunchbox in the car and go for full Game Drive through the Selous Game Reserve on the way to Mikumi. After the end of Selous GR in the north, the roads through country towns with local carpenting and ability to do a short stop. Remember that the people who lives here is not always fond of being photographed, so ask first. We take lunch by the road.! You arrive at Mikumi in the afternoon and will see elephants on the road three to four meeters ahead, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and impala. If you are lucky you can also find lion. Mikumi is Tanzania’s third largest national park. Dinner and overnight at Angalia Tented Camp.
Day 4: Mikumi Full Day
Full Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park. There is abundant wildlife, hippopool with crocodiles and a horde of birds. Elephants wandering around rolog, small as big, giraffe in their leisurely walks, wildbeast who bath in the mud and much more. We interrupt the the middle of the day and take lunch with some refreshing in Angalia Tented Camp. After lunch we continue into the park until sunset. Dinner and overnight
Day 5: Mikumi – Dar
After breakfast around 08.00 we take the main road back to Dar with a packed lunch in the luggage. Again, you will see animals a long distance along the road. We eat lunch box along the road. Back in Dar in the afternoon
